Natural Beauty

What is natural beauty? My understanding of natural beauty is a person who born with beautliful face feature, soft skin, nice porpotion of body shape ..... and so on. Does natural beauty mean that 1 person with natural beauty does not need to anything to maintain the beauty?
Well the answer is NO. A person would not tell you how much effort she put in order to stay beautiful. Its not about money, its a about effort. Exercise does not need a lot of money but it cause a lot effort. Same goes to eating right. There is always a option of choosing between vege or meat, small or big portion, plain water or soda drink, with or without sugar. The effort of putting cream before going to bed. The effort of getting up early in the morning in order to have ample time to prep ourselves.
So next time when you someone that is really beautiful, you need to salute them for their effort they put in for themselves. In order for someone to love you, you must first love yourself.
I came across a friend of mine who was complaining about not having a boyfriend. I take a look at her... and begin to understand the reason.
Man loves beautiful body (not just skinny body), soft skin, smell good, beautiful feature. These are the trade that man look before getting know you. Internal beauty itself doesnt attract man to have sex with you. It only attract friendship.
